I'm a family photographer for the Cotswolds and beyond

There are so many gorgeous locations for family photography in the Cotswolds.  It makes you want to just get the children outdoors, in an environment they love, and capture their spirit & character !

Let’s show the love in your family in natural, artistic images that you’d be proud to show in your home. A celebration of your family.  Please get in touch for more details.

I’ve been a qualified, award-winning photographer for over 15 years. I understand family life and I don’t mind getting muddy!  My photos are proudly hanging on the walls of many discerning families – in the very high quality frames and contemporary displays for which I’m known.

My location in Warwickshire is especially suited for the north Cotswolds – Broadway, Mickleton, Moreton-in-Marsh, Stow-on-the-Wold and surrounding areas. Further afield is also possible – I’ve been commissioned to travel internationally.

The photo of the brother and sister sits proudly on the wall, in the form of a large canvas, of this Cotswold family. We had a lot of fun in and around their home and village during this photoshoot.  The Mum said “We really love the photos! I could hardly sleep last night I was so excited about them! You are VERY talented. Thankyou so much. We will be doing lots of recommendations.” – Carice Green

These photos were taken in Moreton-in-Marsh several years ago, and they looked fabulous on the walls of their Cotswold home. At the time the Mum said: “Just beautiful photographs … Simply stunning!  Just watched the video again … And there were tears once more!!” Lyn Saint.

The family then moved to the USA. Several years later, she still really cherishes the family photos. Their value to her has increased enormously over time. She wants to have new family photos next time they are back in the Cotswolds visiting family and friends.. She said:
“We have just moved to a new house and the first picture I put up was your beautiful photographs of Noah. I literally look at them everyday – your photographs are amazing! We’ll be back in the UK next summer for updated photos.”

These images and more were created in and around the village of Mickleton.  The photos are on the wall of the family home, and also formed presents for the grandparents. The family have recently come back for updated photos now that the children are older.

The Mum said “We were all absolutely delighted with the images. Can’t wait to get and hang them!!” – Lucy Edwards

After a few photos in the family garden, we went for a walk around the lovely village of Wilmcote. The family was very easy to photograph, with the children being full of fun and ideas. They got on very well with each other. We included the pet cat, picked flowers and checked out the canal. It was a lovely morning out for the family, with me along providing a bit more entertainment!

“Thankyou so much.  I was expecting good, but this is amazing.  I love them.  You’ve really caught the children”   Alice & Mike

The addition of extra generations adds something important to memories of the whole family. In these photos we included the grandparents, and there was much laughter as Grandad slowly got up from a sitting position. He took it all in good humour!  The location was near Alderminster, just south of Stratford-upon-Avon. I found some spots with fabulous Autumn colours  from the leaves on the ground and still on the trees. The children were great fun.

The Mum said “I’m so pleased. They’re so beautiful, gorgeous, lovely. We’ll always be so grateful that we have them”

Recently I’ve also created brand photos for her to use to use in her professional career.

These brothers are very talented musically. They hadn’t had an easy life – so as well as family photos around their home and village, I made a short film collecting their thoughts. The Dad said “I sat and watched with my parents. I thought it was wonderful and quite emotional actually. They were delighted too. The photos are fantastic. It’s really appreciated. The whole thing was a really enjoyable experience all round!”

The photos of these sisters were taken in late summer. Lillian and Edith had a great time on a glamping weekend. I was there as the family photographer – in the Cotswolds.  They played in the long grass, jumped on their Mum and were generally great fun. The farm also had 1000 goats, which made for an interesting farm tour!  I love the summer look and feel in these photos. The low sun really adds to the atmosphere.  I get on well with children of all ages, and I think that shows in the photos. As people often comment, “You’re a talented family photographer and you’re a natural with children”.
